KESIAN NUAR BERAHIM, ASYIK LA KENA PERLI!!!

Perdana Menteri Italy, Silvio Berlusconi, 74 tahun pastinya bukanlah sahabat karib Anwar Ibrahim. Meskipun nafsu seks Silvio Berlusconi yang juga terkenal sebagai tokoh anti Islam Eropah, hampir sama taraf dengan nafsu kuda, namun berbanding Anwar Ibrahim, Ketua Pembangkang Parlimen Malaysia, tarafnya jauh lebih 'mulia'.

Sebabnya, sekalipun bernafsu kuda dan kencang, Silvio Berlusconi hanya menghinggut wanita-wanita jelita sama ada pelacur kelas atasan dan penari gelek. Berbeza pula dengan Anwar Ibrahim yang pada 30 April 2001 telah didapati bersalah di bawah Kanun Keseksaan Seksyen 377B oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur kerana melakukan hubungan seks luar tabi'e sesama jenis di Tivolli Villa.

Berikut adalah keputusan tiga hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan yang telah membatalkan hukuman ke atas Anwar Ibrahim pada 2 September 2004:

Hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan:

The Federal Court on September 2, 2004, by a majority decision of 2:1 acquitted Anwar on the charge of committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature – sodomy. He was acquitted essentially on the grounds that it was unsafe to convict him mainlyon the evidence of the complainant, one Azizan whothe court held was an accomplice and therefore his evidence must be corroborated by other witnesses thathe was sodomised on thedates that he complained of. However, it is interesting to note that themajority decision of the

Federal made a finding that:

“The testimonies of one Dr. Mohd Fadzil and one Tun Haniff and the conduct of the first Appellant (ie Anwar) confirmed the appellants’ involvement in homosexual activities. However such evidence did not corroborate Azizan’s story that the appellants sodomised him on the date, time and place specified in the charge.” Additionally, the majority also held:

“even though reading the appeal record, we find evidence to confirm that the appellants were involved in homosexual activities and we are more inclined to believe that the alleged incident at Tivoli Villa did happen, sometime, this court, as a court of law, may only convict the appellants if the prosecution has successfully proved that the alleged offencesas stated in the charges, beyond reasonable doubt.” However, we should note the minority opinion:

“It will be too high a standard to require that in sexual offences no case can be made out if it is solely on the evidence of a complainant or a participant to the act. At the end of the day it is the credibility of the witness that matters and in these appeals, the learned judge correctly appreciated that position.”

Nadia Macri, 28, telah ditiduri oleh Berlusconi sebanyak dua kali dan dibayar hampir RM45,000. Nadia turut mendedahkan kepada pihak berkuasa yang menyiasat dakwaan Perdana Menteri Itali itu kerap hadir dalam pesta seks dan dadah di villa peribadinya, Berlusconi turut mengadakan hubungan seks dengan beberapa orang wanita di dalam jakuzi.

Baru-baru ini, Berlusconi turut dikaitkan dengan seorang penari gelek dari Maghribi, Karima Keyek, 18.

Paling menarik apabila Berlusconi mengeluarkan kenyataan apabila ditanya tentang kecenderungannya kepada seks dan wanita-wanita jelita:

"Lebih baik kita berasa ghairah kepada wanita cantik daripada menjadi gay.”

Dan bayangkanlah kalau kata-kata itu diucapkan di hadapan Anwar Ibrahim di hadapan khalayak ramai, harus juga Ketua Pembangkang Malaysia itu akan menghentak-hentak kepalanya ke atas permukaan aspal sambil menjeling-jeling marah....

Mujurlah Berlusconi berada nun jauh di Itali....
